Improved Neural Network Algorithm Based Flow Characteristic Curve Fitting for Hydraulic Turbines

چکیده

One of the most important characteristic curves in economic operation hydropower plants is turbine flow curve, which illustrates law fluctuation between parameters under various operating situations. This article proposes an IPSO-LSTM-based refinement method for fitting curve using deep learning methods, and verifies effectiveness by comparison to solve problem that traditional mathematical methods are difficult meet requirements today’s many complex working conditions. Firstly, a LSTM network model established based on input output quantities, then IPSO used find optimum number neurons, rate maximum iterations units other key determine relevant training parameters. The results show can effectively improve accuracy predicting characteristics, great significance study non-linear characteristics turbine.
